21 April – Maundy Thursday

Well, it begins – The Triduum.

Holy Week continues, and the Triduum begins: Maundy Thursday. This service, which occurred yesterday, was a joint service between the Episcopal Center at Duke University and St. Joseph's Episcopal Church. Numbers are out of The Hymnal 1982, unless otherwise indicated. Note: WLP = Wonder Love and Praise.

After the Opening Acclamation:

As the altar is being stripped: Psalm 22 was read slowly, out of the Book of Common Prayer.
